At Kelly and Coopers we only serve the highest quality products and our beef is no exception.
All our beef is supplied by Mick Doyle of Woodland Farm. Mick’s farther started the family business in 1958 in Co. Wicklow and over 60 years they have built a reputation as one of Irelands finest butchers. Mick supplies us with 28 day aged grass fed Certified Irish Angus & Irish Hereford beef which is amongst the best beef in the world.
When it comes to fish, we don’t hang around waiting on deliveries from the man in the middle. We own and operate a fish processing plant in Kilkeel Harbour, Co. Down. We buy directly from the market which is less than 100 yards from the plant. As the sun comes up we are at the market selecting only the top-quality fish which has been landed the night before. Every day fish is delivered by our own vans to our Dublin restaurants. When it comes to freshness, quality and supply, we are in total control and that’s how we ensure you can enjoy our great seafood all year round.
